Section of History of Law "Federico Patetta"

The "Federico Patetta" section of Law collects part of the book material of the homonymous departmental library of the University of Turin which, starting from 2014, became part of the original nucleus of the current "Norberto Bobbio" library.

Its collections, located in block C1 on the third floor of the Bobbio library, are dedicated to the history of law.

Instead, the exams and general consultation texts, the Digest, the legal encyclopedias are housed in the radial shelves around the stairwell of the central block C2, while the book collection named after Federico Patetta is stored in the "Rare and ancient books" Sector.

The volumes of the section are marked with the shelfmark P* and can be fully traced through the UniTO Catalog. The texts are arranged in "open shelves" and are directly accessible to users.
