Access to the Library: New rules

New rules for accessing the Library have come into force, starting from January 7, 2025.
 

Access for libary users will be free with no need of reservation in the green areas of the map, i.e.

• in the Merlini sector (ground floor),
• the C3 area of the Journal sector (1st floor),
• the C1 area of the Cognetti sector and the C3 area of Solari sector (2nd floor),
• the C3 area of Ruffini sector (3rd floor).

Prior seat reservation via Affluences will be required to sit in the central areas (C2) of each floor, as well as in the Special Collections sector (Patetta) on the 3rd floor. 

After reservation, users are bound to sit in the very place assigned.

PC workstations are also available only after reservation.
 

For Book loan and return no reservation is required.
